WEST is seeking a General Manager based in New York City to build out its global channel program with leading entrepreneurial brands such as WeWork, Founders Institute, 1776, NEA, Columbia Labs, Newark Venture Partners among others. The objective will be to grow customers and revenue for WEST while advancing proprietary strategic relationships and advancing the WEST and Wiss brands. Ultimately, this position will spearhead international expansion.

About Position and Vision
This position presents a unique opportunity to build a national and ultimately global ecosystem of partners that can enable WEST/Wiss to be the preeminent accounting, financial, and strategic consulting partner for early stage companies. The objective is to have a presence anywhere early stage companies are looking to advance their business such as: a) shared work spaces such as WeWork, b) accelerators such as Founders Institute) seed investors such as Newark Venture Partners and d) Series A investors such as NEA.
The position will report to the WEST CEO & Co-Founder a serial entrepreneur who has founded, run, and sold several business. In addition this position will also partner closely with the WEST co-Founder and Partner in Charge of Technology and Life Sciences
The General Manager of the WEST Channel Development will be responsible for enhancing strategy, execution, and tracking on the investment and yield on each channel. WEST has created a sophisticated model as a foundation for evaluating, improving and building the business. In 2019, WEST would expect to generate between 75 and 100 customers thru the channels. This will be accomplished by creating the right incentives, identifying and executing on the right touch points such as classes, office hours, referrals and technology. It will also require the GM to be on-site with partners and become part of the daily fabric/culture.
The longer term objective is to follow-the footprint of some of the larger channels internationally. For example, We Work has over 300,000 members in over 25 countries. Our process in the US should be able to be duplicated domestically and internationally to grow a very large business opportunity.
